摘要
介绍了一起核电汽轮发电机定子绕组出水温度异常波动的故障,并对定子绕组水温波形特征进行了识别;结合发电机定子冷却水测温元件的结构原理,分析了造成发电机定子绕组水温波动的可能原因;利用发电机停机检修机会对故障进行了检查处理,验证了分析的正确性,为同类问题的处理提供了借鉴。
A fault of abnormal fluctuation of outlet water temperature of stator bar of nuclear power turbine generator was introduced and the water temperature waveform characteristics of stator winding were identified.Combined with the structural principle of the generator stator cooling water temperature measuring element,the possible reasons for the fluctuation of the generator stator winding water temperature were analyzed.The fault was checked and handled by the generator shutdown and maintenance opportunity,which verified the correctness of the analysis and provided a reference for the treatment of similar problems.
