The process of class management is complex and tedious,which puts forward higher requirements for the professional ability of the head teacher.In order to ensure the effectiveness of class management,the head teacher should master communication skills and meet the needs of students'inner and personality development through diversified communication methods.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the communication between head teachers and students,and discusses the communication strategies between head teacher and students from the aspects of taking the initiative to talk with students,enriching communication methods,respecting students'ideas,and giving praise and encouragement.
