初中英语核心素养包括学习能力、文化品格、思维品质以及语言能力四部分内容。文章阐述英语核心素养的内涵与目标,分析英语教学现状,从教师的全面认知、落实核心素养的总体原则和基本思路、培养学生核心素养的具体举措三个方面具体探讨发展学生学科核心素养的有效途径。

Junior middle school English core competence,includes four parts:learning ability,cultural character,thinking quality and language ability.This paper expounds the connotation and objectives of English core competence,analyzes the current situation of English teaching,and discusses the effective ways to develop students'subject core competence from three aspects:Teachers'comprehensive cognition,the general principles and basic ideas of implementing core competence,and the specific measures to cultivate students'core competence.
