摘要
将红富士苹果树皮分别采用热水和甲醇浸泡提取,提取液浓缩后分别经乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及它们的混合溶剂萃取制得多种不同溶剂萃取物,利用HPLC对各种提取物进行分析的结果,80℃热水浸泡提取,提取液冷却至室温后用乙酸乙酯-正丁醇=2/1的混合溶剂萃取,制得的提取物中根皮苷含量可达59.7%。通过对DPPH自由基的清除实验表明,红富士苹果树皮各种溶剂提取物显示一定的抗氧化活性,其中用甲醇室温浸泡提取,制得的正丁醇萃取物抗氧化活性最好,IC50值为160μg/mL。
The red Fuji apple tree bark was extracted by hot water and methanol respectively,after concentration,the extracts were extracted by ethyl acetate,n-butanol and their mixed solvents.The results of HPLC analysis of various extracts showed that the content of phloridzin in the extract was 59.7%when the extract was soaked in hot water at 80℃and cooled to room temperature with a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and n-butanol=2/1.The DPPH free radical scavenging experiments showed that various solvent extracts from the bark of Fuji Apple tree had certain antioxidant activity,The n-butanol extract was obtained by soaking in methanol at room temperature has the best antioxidant activity,IC50 was 160μg/mL.
