摘要
受教育资源和教学理念方面的限制,农村中学信息技术教师并未得到重视,在专业发展上遇到诸多问题。文章从农村中学信息技术教师专业发展存在的问题、农村中学信息技术教师专业发展问题的原因分析、农村中学信息技术教师专业发展优化路径三方面,对农村中学信息技术教师专业发展进行探讨。
Due to the limitation of educational resources and teaching ideas,the information technology teachers in rural middle schools have not been paid attention to and have encountered many problems in professional development.This paper discusses the professional development of information technology teachers in rural middle schools from three aspects:the problems existing in the professional development of information technology teachers in rural middle schools,the causes of the problems,and the optimization path of the professional development of information technology teachers in rural middle schools.
