摘要
在高中教育阶段,班主任应优化教育理念,提升学生参与班级管理的意识和自主性,为学生自主管理班级创设有利条件,引导学生积极参与班级管理工作,从而提高学生的综合素养及社会适应水平,将学生培养成符合社会发展要求的复合型人才。文章分析高中生自主管理班级的意义及其存在的问题,并提出引导高中生自主管理班级的有效措施。
In the stage of senior middle school education,the head teacher should optimize the education concept,enhance students'awareness and autonomy of participating in class management,create favorable conditions for students to manage their own class,guide students to actively participate in class management,so as to improve students'comprehensive quality and social adaptation level,and cultivate students into compound talents meeting the requirements of social development.This paper analyzes the significance and existing problems of senior middle school students'self-management class,and puts forward effective measures to guide senior middle school students'self-management class.
