升清化浊方口服联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎的临床研究

Clinical effect of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction combined with retention enema of Traditional Chinese Medicine on anal cryptitis and improvement of clinical symptoms

目的观察升清化浊方口服联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法将160例肛窦炎患者按照随机数字表法分为4组,对照组40例予普济痔疮栓及微波治疗,升清化浊方口服组40例在对照组治疗基础上加升清化浊方口服治疗,中药保留灌肠组40例在对照组治疗基础上加中药保留灌肠治疗,升清化浊方口服+中药保留灌肠组40例在对照组治疗基础上加升清化浊方口服+中药保留灌肠治疗。4组均7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较4组疗效;比较4组治疗前后肛门症状及专科检查评分变化。结果对照组总有效率52.5%(21/40),升清化浊方口服组总有效率70.0%(28/40),中药保留灌肠组总有效率82.5%(33/40),升清化浊方口服+中药保留灌肠组总有效率95.0%(38/40),升清化浊方口服+中药保留灌肠组疗效优于对照组、升清化浊方口服组、中药保留灌肠组(P<0.05),中药保留灌肠组疗效优于升清化浊方口服组(P<0.05)。4组治疗后肛门疼痛、肛门下坠、肛门潮湿及专科检查评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后升清化浊方口服组、中药保留灌肠组、升清化浊方口服+中药保留灌肠组肛门疼痛、肛门下坠、肛门潮湿及专科检查评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);升清化浊方口服+中药保留灌肠组治疗后肛门疼痛、肛门下坠、肛门潮湿及专科检查评分低于升清化浊方口服组、中药保留灌肠组(P<0.05);中药保留灌肠组治疗后肛门疼痛、肛门下坠、肛门潮湿及专科检查评分均低于升清化浊方口服组(P<0.05)。结论升清化浊方口服联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎临床疗效显著,缓解患者临床表现,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shengqing Huazhuo decoction combined with retention enema of Traditional Chinese Medicine on anal cryptitis and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Methods 160 patients with anal cryptitis were randomly divided into four groups,40 cases in each group.The curative effects of the four groups and the changes of index scores before and after treatment were compared in four groups Control group was given the suppository and microwave administration.Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction received the Shengqing Huazhuo decoction and oral administration more.Enema group of TCM was treated with TCM.Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction+TCM was treated with Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction+TCM.7 d was a course of treatment,all the 4 groups were treated for 2 courses.Results The total efficiency was 52.5%(21/40)in the control group,70.0%(28/40)in the Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction,82.5%(33/40)in the Enema group of TCM,and 95.0%(38/40)in the Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction+TCM.The curative effect of the Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction+TCM was better than that of control group,Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction and the Enema group of TCM(P<0.05).The effect of the Enema group of TCM was better than that of Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,tenesmus,dampness of anal,and special examination in 4 groups were lower than those before treatment.After treatment,the scores of pain,tenesmus,dampness of anal and special examination in Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction,the Enema group of TCM and the Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction+TCM were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,tenesmus,dampness of anal and special examination were the lowest in the Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction+TCM(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of pain,tenesmus,dampness of anal and special examination between Oral Group of Shengqing Huazhuo Decoction and the Enema group of TCM after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Shengqinghuazhuo therapy combined with TCM has significant clinical effect,relieves clinical symptoms,is safe and reliable.
