非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医体质及中医证型分布与红外热成像特点

The distribution of TCM constitution and syndromes in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and the application of infrared thermal imaging

目的探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)中医体质及中医证型分布与红外热成像特点。方法选取300例NAFLD患者,判定中医体质类型及中医证型,运用红外热成像技术收集患者的红外热像图,找同证型共同特点。结果300例NAFLD患者中,中医体质分布以阳虚兼痰湿质最多,阳虚质、痰湿质、气郁质次之,其他质、平和质最少;中医证型分布以脾肾虚寒证最多,其次为湿浊内停证、肝郁脾虚证、其他证型。脾肾虚寒证患者红外热像图特点:督脉红外轨迹显示断续或不显影,下焦呈冷偏离,肝区热偏离;湿浊内停证患者红外热像图特点:上焦、中焦、下焦、背部散在高温区,肝区热偏离,腹部有散在低温区;肝郁脾虚证患者红外热像图特点:两侧胁肋、督脉高温区,肝区热偏离,神阙凉偏离。结论NAFLD患者中医体质及中医证型分布存在差异,且同证型患者红外热像图均有共同特点。

Objective To Discuss TCM constitution&TCM syndrome distribution of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and the application of infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods A tatol of 300 patients with NAFLD were selected to determine the TCM constitution type and TCM syndrome type.Infrared thermal imaging technology was used to collect infrared thermal images of patients and find their common characteristics.Result Among 300 patients with NAFLD,Distribution of TCM constitution:the TCM constitution distribution of Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness was the most,followed by Yang deficiency,phlegm dampnessy,qi stagnation,while the number of Other constitutions,peace constitutions as the least.Distribution of TCM syndrome types:the distribution of TCM syndromes in spleen and kidney deficiency cold syndrome is the most,followed by wet turbidity syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,and other syndromes.Infrared thermography characteristics of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency cold syndrome:Infrared thermography characteristics of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency cold syndrome:Infrared trajectory of governor vessel showed intermittent or non-visualization,lower coke showed cold deviation,Hepatic thermal deviation.The characteristics of infrared thermal image in patients with damp turbidity stopping syndrome:upper coke,middle coke,lower coke,back scattered in high temperature area,Hepatic thermal deviation,abdominal scattered in low temperature area.Infrared thermal image characteristics of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome:bilateral lateral thorax,high temperature area of governor vessel,Hepatic thermal deviation,Shenque cool deviation.Conclusion There are differences in the distribution of TCM constitution and TCM syndrome in patients with NAFLD,and the infrared thermography of patients has common characteristics.
