摘要
针对Fluent软件流体计算能力应用于膨胀节设计中,介绍了在高温高流速介质下膨胀节温度场分布计算方法。膨胀节内流体介质为750℃的高温介质,且流速高达100 m/s。膨胀节采用双插式内衬结构,借助Fluent软件进行流热耦合计算,得出温度场分布情况。同时,基于Fluent软件对于通过波纹管流体的压降进行模拟,通过CFD-POST定义函数计算压降值。
Aiming at the application of FLUENT software fluid computation ability in the design of expansion joint,the calculation method of temperature field distribution of expansion joint in high temperature and high velocity medium was introduced.The fluid medium in the expansion joint was 750℃high temperature medium,and the flow rate was as high as 100 m/s.The expansion joint adopts double plug-in lining structure,and the fluid thermal coupling calculation was carried out by FLUENT software,and the temperature field distribution was obtained.At the same time,the pressure drop of fluid through bellows was simulated based on FLUENT software,and the pressure drop value was calculated by CFD-POST definition function.
