老旧小区改造居民意愿调查研究——以北京石景山LBB社区为例

Investigation and Research on Residents'Willingness to Renovate Old Community——Taking Beijing Shijingshan LBB Community as an example

随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,城市老旧小区房屋建筑老化、无秩序管理等问题日益突出,已无法满足生活需求,居民改造意愿强烈。因此,本文以北京石景山LBB社区为对象,应用科学方法进行老旧小区改造居民意愿调查分析,探究老旧小区改造项目的重点、难点以及途径。对于政府引导居民积极配合老旧小区改造工作,明确老旧小区改造方向,推进城市更新进程,具有重要意义。

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,problems such as the aging and disorderly management of buildings in urban old communities have become increasingly prominent,which can no longer meet the needs of life,and residents have a strong willingness to transform.Therefore,taking the Shijingshan LBB Community as the object,this paper applies scientific methods to investigate and analyze the residents'willingness to renovate the old community,and explores the key points,difficulties and ways of the old community reconstruction project.It is of great significance for the government to guide residents to actively cooperate with the transformation of old communities,clarify the direction of the transformation of old communities,and promote the process of urban renewal.
