Problem Control and Protection Strategy on Engineering Supervision of Deep Foundation Pit of High-rise Buildings

在城市化建设水平越来越高的背景下,城市土地资源紧缺的问题愈发加深,而高层建筑逐步成为当代城市的主要建筑类型。高层建筑的建设具有规模大、投资大、施工条件复杂等特点,给工程监理控制工作带来诸多挑战。文章以某高层建筑工程案例为研究对象,分别从深基坑支护和坑壁防水两个方面,探讨高层建筑深基坑工程监理控制问题,以及相应的防护思路、策略,希望能为相关从业单位提供参考。

With the rapid development of urbanization,the shortage of urban land resources is becoming more and more serious,and high-rise buildings are becoming the main building types in contemporary cities.The construction of high-rise building has the characteristics of large scale,large investment and complex construction conditions,which brings many challenges to engineering supervision and control.Taking a case of a high-rise building as the research object,this paper probes into the supervision and control of deep foundation pit engineering of high-rise building from two aspects of deep foundation pit support and pit wall waterproof,as well as corresponding protective thinking and strategy,which hopes to provide reference for the relevant practitioners.
