摘要
矿物油(mineral oil hydrocarbons,MOHs)是复杂的化学混合物,其成分决定了它的毒性,饱和烃类矿物油(MOSH)具有生物蓄积性,芳香烃类矿物油(MOAH)具有致突性和致癌性,以及潜在的内分泌干扰物。由于受矿物油污染的食品对人体健康存在安全风险,欧盟及其成员国发布了相关法规标准对其在食品接触材料中的使用进行管控。
The mineral oil hydrocarbons(mineral oil hydrocarbons,MOHs)are complex chemical mixtures,their composition determines its toxicity.Mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons(MOSH)has bioaccumulation effect.Mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons(MOAH)are considered to be potentially mutagenic and carcinogenic,and are potential endocrine disruptors.As food contaminated by MOHs may pose safety risks to human health,the European Union and its member states have issued relevant regulations and standards to restrict their application in food contact materials.
