浅议《周易》“象思维”及其在传统设计思想中的体现

On Zhouyi’s“Xiang”Thought and Its Embodiment in Chinese Design Thought

《周易》围绕“象思维”提出了“观物取象”“立象尽意”“制器尚象”等重要命题,构建起一套完整而独特的思维方法。“象思维”是中国传统学术思想的核心思维方法之一,对中国传统设计思想也产生了深远的影响,尤其体现在“意象”观念和“创物”观念等方面。《周易》“象思维”与西方当代哲学中的现象学方法有一定的相通之处,通过对《周易》思想和现象学方法的参照,可以从“象思维”的角度对传统设计思想作出新的阐释。

Zhouyi advanced three important propositions:“view things to get Xiang”、“create Xiang to express meaning”and“view things to create utensils”.These propositions structure a special way of thinking which is called“Xiang”thought.“Xiang”thought is the central way of traditional Chinese academic research,and it influences Chinese design thought deeply by two concepts:“image”and“creating utensils”.“Xiang”thought is similar with Phenomenological method.The comparison of them can help to get new explanations about Chinese design thought.
