改性甘蔗蜡的合成及其在乳化炸药中的应用研究

摘要 采用甘蔗蜡和异辛醇为原料合成了异辛醇改性的甘蔗蜡,产物结构通过红外光谱进行了确认。以酸值为指标,探讨了最佳的反应温度为210℃,最佳反应时间为3.5 h,异辛醇的最佳添加量为3.5%。用异辛醇改性的甘蔗蜡作为乳化炸药的可燃材料制备了乳化炸药,考查了该乳化炸药的储存期和爆炸性能。结果表明:以异辛醇改性的甘蔗蜡制备的乳化炸药储存期达到300 d以上,爆速、猛度及殉爆指标均满足《工业炸药通用技术条件》的要求。 Isooctanol modified sugarcane wax is synthesized from sugarcane wax and isooctyl alcohol.The structure of the product is confirmed by infrared spectroscopy.Taking acid value as index,the optimum reaction temperature is 210℃,the optimum reaction time is 3.5 h,and the optimum adding amount is 3.5%.Emulsion explosive is made by using isooctanol modified sugarcane wax as inflammable material,and its storage period and explosion performance are tested.The results show that the storage period of emulsion explosive prepared with isooctanol modified sugarcane wax reaches more than 300 days,and the detonation velocity,brisance and martyrdom index all meet the standard of General Specification for Industrial Explosives.
