摘要
目的对应用微信平台干预口服抗病毒药物治疗的慢性病毒性肝炎患者的依从性进行观察及评价。方法选取我院诊断慢性病毒性肝炎并口服抗病毒药物治疗的患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组通过微信平台干预方式进行健康教育、服药指导及随访,对照组给予纸质版健康宣教材料及电话随访,对效果进行比较分析。结果干预组患者在治疗依从性方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论通过微信平台干预措施能够提高慢性病毒性肝炎患者治疗的依从性,从而提高治疗效果。
Objective To observe and evaluate the application of WeChat in the intervention of chronic viral hepatitis treated with oral antiviral drugs.Methods The patients who were diagnosed with chronic viral hepatitis and oral antiviral drugs in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was provided with health education,medication guidance and follow-up through the intervention method of WeChat.The control group was Given paper version of health education materials and telephone follow-up,and compare the effects.Results The intervention group was superior to the control group in the treatment compliance,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of WeChat can improve the compliance of treatment of patients with chronic viral hepatitis,thereby improving the therapeutic effect.
