乡村振兴背景下河南省农村科技需求现状及对策

Status of Rural Technological Demands in Henan Province and Its Countermeasures Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴是对脱贫成果的巩固和加强,是当前农村发展的新目标,农村产业发展需要科学技术的引领。本文调查了河南省农村地区从事种植和养殖业农民的科技需求,并提出了相应对策。结果表明,农民在生产过程中需要科学技术,农民更倾向于以现场指导、实地讲解等方式来了解和学习技术,同时比较关心新技术所需的投资成本等问题。建议开发新技术、组建专业科普团队、采用适宜科普方式来满足农民对科学技术的需求。

Rural revitalization is to consolidate and strengthen the results of poverty alleviation and is the new goal of current rural development.The development of rural industries needs the guidance of technology.This paper investigated the technological demands of farmers engaged in planting and breeding in rural areas of Henan Province,and proposed corresponding countermeasures.The results showed that farmers need technology in the production process,and farmers were more inclined to understand and learn technology through on-site guidance and on-site explanations.At the same time,they were more concerned about the investment cost of new technologies.It was recommended to develop new technologies,form professional science popularization teams,and adopt appropriate popular science methods to meet farmers′needs for technology.
