Discussion on Development of Guanyao Town in Foshan City Under the Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

官窑镇地处珠三角腹地,拥有丰富的土地资源和独特的交通优势。本文阐述了官窑镇的发展优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,以美国尔湾为例,从生态区位、空间布局、土地利用规划等方面将尔湾与官窑镇进行对比分析,并从产、城、人、文等4个方面为官窑镇的发展指明了方向,以期为小农村城镇的经济发展提供参考。

Guanyao Town is located in the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta,with abundant land resources and unique transportation advantages.This paper expounded the development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Guanyao Town,took Irvine,USA as an example,compared Irvine and Guanyao Town from the aspects of ecological location,spatial layout and land use planning,pointed out the direction for the development of Guanyao Town from the four aspects of industry,city,people and culture,in order to provide references for the economic development of small rural towns.
