摘要
阿克苏地区生产的红富士苹果是当地林果产业的主要支柱产品之一,是该地区果农致富的重要途径。近几年,由于阿克苏地区气候的变化,部分红富士苹果存在上色不佳的状况。本文通过调查阿克苏地区红富士苹果生产现状和外观品质存在的问题,分析阿克苏地区红富士苹果外观品质的形成机理和影响因素,探讨提高阿克苏地区红富士苹果外观品质的关键措施,同时给出合理化建议,为进一步提高阿克苏红富士果品竞争力提供理论指导。
Red Fuji apple is one of the main fruit products in Aksu Prefecture,which is a major source of income for local farmers.In recent years,partially poor coloring of Red Fuji apples occurred due to climate change in Aksu Prefecture.By investigating the current production status and appearance quality problems of Red Fuji apple in Aksu Prefecture,we analyzed the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the appearance quality of the apple and discussed improvement measures,which aims to provide suggestions and theoretical references for further enhancing the competitiveness of the Red Fuji apples in Aksu Prefecture.
