随着科学技术持续发展,人民生活水平明显提高,智慧城市正在逐步建立,将信息化、工业化与城镇化深度融合。作为智慧城市的重要组成部分,智慧医疗也逐渐成为热门话题。伴随着医学大数据的发展,中国智慧医疗在医疗物联网、可穿戴设备、城市智慧医疗建设、智慧医疗专病、大数据应用方面得到长足发展,但政策方面仍需加强监管,病人须加深理解和接纳,相关技术人才紧缺,数据须进一步规范及标准化,保护病人隐私方面有待加强。智慧医疗的发展需要政府、医疗机构、医务人员、病人等多方面参与,其发展前景十分广阔,但在实施过程中需要各方保持理性,扬长避短,不断改进,共同协作。

With the continuous development of science and technology,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and smart cities are gradually being built to integrate informatization,industrialization and urbanization.As an important part of smart city,smart medicine has gradually become a hot topic.With the development of medical big data,smart medicine in China has made great progress in medical internet of things,wearable devices,smart medicine city construction,disease-specialized smart medicine and big data application,but supervision still needs to be strengthened on the aspect of policy,the patients still need to deepen understanding and acceptance,relevant technical talents are still in short supply,data should be further standardized and the protection of patients’privacy needs to be strengthened.The development of smart medicine needs the participation of the government,medical institutions,medical personnel,patients and other aspects.Its development prospect is very broad.However,in the process of implementation,it needs all parties to maintain rationality,make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,improve steadily and work together.
