摘要
文化建设是发展的驱动力。伴随新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球暴发,公共卫生事业单位的作用再次被重视。文章从公共卫生事业单位文化建设入手,探究公共卫生事业单位文化建设的特点,结合某公共卫生事业单位文化建设的实践内容,通过开展精神文化建设、制度文化建设、行为文化建设和物质文化建设等,增强了单位员工团队意识,提高了员工敬业精神,促进了单位管理有序高效开展,进而提出加强公共卫生事业单位文化建设的建议:全体人员参与并明确分工;建立公共卫生文化品牌带动效应;建立长效发展和激励机制。
Cultural construction is the driving force of development.With the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia all over the world,the role of public health institutions is once again taken seriously.This paper starts from the cultural construction of public health institutions,to explore the characteristics of cultural construction of public health institutions,combining with the practical contents of cultural construction of a public health institution,through the development of spiritual cultural construction,system cultural construction,behavior cultural construction,material cultural construction and so on,the team consciousness of the employees is enhanced,the professionalism of the employees is improved,and the management of this institution is promoted orderly and efficiently.And then,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthen the cultural construction of public health institutions,it is necessary for all the staff to participate in and clarify the division of labor;to establish the driving effect of public health culture brand;and to establish a long-term development and incentive mechanism.
