温州市预防接种人员工作满意度及影响因素分析 被引量:5

Analysis of job satisfaction and influencing factors of vaccination personnel in Wenzhou City

摘要 目的了解温州市预防接种人员工作满意度现状,为政府决策提供依据。方法于2018年6—12月采用分层抽样的方法,每层内再采用随机抽样法抽取预防接种人员,用自行编制问卷进行调查,主要内容为预防接种人员的基本情况和工作满意度情况,包括工作满意度及本身工作量、工作取得成就感、薪酬待遇、职业压力和身心健康状况。共发放问卷450份,回收有效问卷411份,问卷的有效回收率为91.33%。采用非条件logistic回归分析影响因素。结果温州市预防接种人员满意度得分为(3.43±0.81)分,本身工作量、工作取得成就感、薪酬待遇、工作压力和身心健康满意度得分分别为(3.56±0.75)分、(3.34±0.78)分、(3.31±0.82)分和(3.45±0.68)分。不同性别和技术职称间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄和文化程度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非条件logistic回归分析影响因素结果显示:技术职称、薪酬待遇是影响预防接种人员工作满意度的因素(P<0.05)。结论温州市预防接种人员满意度不高。应加强改善预防接种门诊人力配置和薪酬待遇,提高其工作满意度。 Objective To investigate the level of job satisfaction of community medical staff in Wenzhou City,so as to pro⁃vide a reference for the formulation and enaction of relative policies by the government.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to randomly select to survey the vaccinated personnel in the selected area from June to December,2018.An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted.The main contents of the questionnaire were:the basic situa⁃tion and job satisfaction of vaccinated personnel,including overall satisfaction and workload,job accomplishment,wel⁃fare treatment,work pressure and physical health.A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed and 411 valid question⁃naires were recovered.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 91.33%.Unconditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The overall satisfaction score of vaccination staff in Wenzhou City was(3.43±0.81),and the workload,job accomplishment,welfare treatment,work pressure and physical health satisfac⁃tion score were(3.56±0.75),(3.34±0.78),(3.31±0.82)and(3.45±0.68)respectively.There was statistically significant difference in genders and technical titles(P<0.05),and there were no significant difference in ages and educational levels(P>0.05).The results of unconditional logistic regression analysis of influencing factors show that technical titles and an⁃nual income were the influencing factors of community health technicians’job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall job satisfaction of vaccination staff was not high.It is necessary to improve the manpower allocation and remuner⁃ation of vaccination clinics and increase their job satisfaction.
