摘要
20世纪50年代,随着百日咳疫苗的问世及其在世界范围内的广泛接种,百日咳的流行得到良好控制,然而近年许多高疫苗覆盖率的国家出现百日咳发病率上升甚至疫情的暴发,我国百日咳的发病率也呈现逐年上升趋势,但部分地区的发病水平却仍存在着被低估的情况。查阅近年百日咳的国内外流行趋势,以及我国部分地区的监测、诊断和防控策略的相关文献,分析当前我国百日咳防控中存在的问题,并提出一些参考性建议。
In the 1950s,with the advent of the pertussis vaccine and its worldwide widespread vaccination,the pertussis epidemic was well controlled.However,in recent years,many countries with high vaccine coverage have seen an in⁃crease in the incidence of pertussis and even an outbreak.The incidence of pertussis in China is also increasing year by year,but some regions are still underestimated.In this article,we review the domestic and international epidemic trends of pertussis in recent years,relevant literature on surveillance,diagnosis,and prevention and control strategies in parts of China;analyze the current problems in pertussis prevention and control in China;and propose some refer⁃ence suggestions.
