如何做好人才服务“最后一公里”

摘要 人才服务作为保留和激励人才的重要部分,需要不断更新从而满足人才的需求。物流服务作为快速发展且成功的行业,其采用的“最后一公里”思维所涉及的服务方法值得人才服务主体进行借鉴。通过对“最后一公里”思维的解析,本文从人才服务的流程与内容上提出传播创新、流程创新、一揽子服务内容等建议,从而满足新时期人才的需求,帮助地方吸引人才、留住人才。
