摘要
电子信息产品输出端口类型繁多,负载量设置不达标会影响整机安规检测结果。文中阐述标准负载量设置原则,介绍了包括数据、电源、音频、USB、POE在内的五类典型输出端口负载量要求。笔者根据实际需求,研发集成化负载装置,解决了多端口负载设置导致的过热、工位拥挤、仪器占用等问题,为提升电子信息产品的安规检测评估准确度提供了一定参考。
The types of output port are various for electronic information products,and the safety testing result would be affected if the load setting does not reach the rated load.This paper describes the principle of standard load setting,and introduces the load requirements of five typical output ports including data,power,audio,USB and POE.According to the actual demand,an integrated load device is developed in order to solve the problems of overheating,station congestion and instrument occupation caused by multi-port load setting.It provides reference for improving the accuracy of safety test and evaluation results of electronic information products.
