摘要
RS485使用差分方式进行串口数据的传输和控制,由于收发模式都是采用这两根差分信号线进行,因此它是半双工工作模式,同时由于其传输距离远、硬件简单可靠,在智能制造领域应用广泛。基于RS485的特点,分别讲述了特殊查询指令和人工辅助两种方式实现RS485主机、从机角色转换方法,从而实现同时监测、控制、传输的目的。
RS485 uses differential mode to transmit and control the serial port data.Because the two differential signal lines are used in the transceiver mode,RS485 is a half duplex mode.At the same time,because of its long transmission distance and simple and reliable hardware,it is widely used in the field of intelligent manufacturing.Based on the characteristics of RS485,this paper describes two ways to realize the role conversion of RS485 host and slave machine,which are the realization of special inquiry instruction and manual assistance,so as to realize the purpose of monitoring,controlling and transmitting at the same time.
