菌草代料栽培“织金竹荪2#”性状及营养分析 被引量:6

Effects of Substitute of Pennisetum giganteum on Agronomic Character and Nutrients Analysis of ‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2~#’

摘要 以"织金竹荪2#"为试验材料,用不同配方巨菌草代料菌棒在林地仿野生栽培红托竹荪,研究各处理对"织金竹荪2#"菌丝和子实体生长的影响,以期为实现贵州开发利用巨菌草和林下仿生态栽培红托竹荪提供参考依据。结果表明:竹荪菌丝在添加巨菌草的培养料上生长速度略快,但菌丝细,长势差;添加巨菌草培养料的处理与添加桦木屑培养料的CK相比,第一潮菌蛋数较少,竹荪单个菌蛋质量差异不显著;"织金竹荪2#"在CK菌棒上生长的外观性状比添加了巨菌草的处理1、处理2和处理3优秀,且CK的经济产量(2 184.37 g·m-2)极显著高于处理1(2 056.66 g·m-2)、处理2(2 031.26 g·m-2)和处理3(1 955.94 g·m-2),"织金竹荪2#"菌株表现出对桦木屑较强的嗜好性。对林地巨菌草代料栽培竹荪营养成分分析的结果表明,"织金竹荪2#"子实体矿质营养丰富,总氨基酸含量达9 070 mg·(100g)-1,其中所含人体必需氨基酸含量占总氨基酸含量的37.8%,药效氨基酸含量占77.63%,具有较好的药用价值及食用价值。 Taking‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2#’as the experimental material,the effects of different treatments on the growth of mycelium and fruiting body of ‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2#’ were studied by imitating wild cultivation of Dictyophora rubrovalvata in forest land with different formula of Pennisetum giganteum instead of rod,so as to provide reference for the development and utilization of Pennisetum giganteum and ecological cultivation of Dictyophora rubra in Guizhou Province.The results showed that the mycelia of ‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2#’ grew slightly faster in the medium with Pennisetum giganteum,but the mycelia was thin and poor.Compared with CK treated with birch sawdust,the number of first egg was less,but the weight difference of single egg was not significant.The appearance of ‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2#’in the CK was better than that of the Pennisetum giganteumtreatment 1,treatment 2 and treatment 3,and the economic yield of CK(2 184.34 g·m-2)was significantly higher than treatment 1(2 056.66 g·m-2),treatment 2(2 031.26 g·m-2)and treatment 3(1 955.94 g· m-2).‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2#’showed a strong preference for birch sawdust.Analysis of amino acid content of ‘Zhijin Dictyophora 2#’planted in substitute of Pennisetum giganteum showed that,the total amino acid content of the seed of‘Zhijin Dictyophora2#’was 9 070 mg·(100 g)-1,in which the essential amino acid content of human body accounted for37.8% of the total amino acid content,and the pharmacodynamic amino acid content accounted for77.6% of the total amino acid content.
