延边州人参产业发展现状分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of Present Situation of Ginseng Industry in Yanbian Prefecture

为促进延边州人参产业的健康、快速发展,该研究基于人参产业的概念和相关理论,通过实地走访、文献调查、对比分析等多种手段,从生产、加工、市场、质量安全、科研和政策等产业环节,分析延边州人参产业各环节的发展现状。以此为基础提出延边州人参产业若想更好的发展,应积极通过强化技术服务、提升农户标准化生产意识、提高产品工艺水平和质量、加大深加工转化率和新品研发力度、完善销售机制和品牌效应、政府调动人参行业协会、加大政策扶持和监管力度、加强人参生产示范基地建设,带动全州标准化生产,创建良好人参发展环境,完善人参产业发展体系,为促进延边州人参产业发展提供科学参考依据。

In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the ginseng industry,this study based on the concept of ginseng industry and related theories,through field visit,literature survey,comparative analysis and other methods from the production,processing,marketing,quality and safety,scientific research and policy industries.Analyze the development status of each links of the ginseng industry in Yanbian.Based on this,the study proposed that Yanbian Prefecture ginseng industry should actively strengthen technical services,enhance farmers′standardized production awareness,improved product technology level and quality,increased deep processing conversion rate and research and development new products and improved the sales mechanism and brand effect if wanted to get better development.The government should mobilized ginseng industry associations,intensifies policy support and supervision,strengthens the construction of ginseng production demonstration bases,promoted the standardized production in the whole state,creates a good ginseng development environment,and improves the ginseng industry development system to promote Yanbian ginseng industry,it would provide scientific theoretical for promoting the development of the ginseng industry in Yanbian Prefecture.
