桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的疗效比较分析

Comparison between Conservative Treatment and Surgical Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture

目的:探究桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的疗效。方法:此次研究研究对象为100例桡骨远端骨折患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组给予保守治疗,观察组给予手术治疗,对比2组患者治疗情况、功能评分、愈合时间,进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。观察组患者治疗后功能评分优于对照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。观察组愈合时间优于对照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。结论:桡骨远端骨折患者使用手术治疗,有助于腕关节功能恢复,提高治疗有效率,且缩短恢复时间,对患者具有积极意义,可在临床推广及使用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods:100 patients with distal radius fractures were studied,divided into reference group and study group,each group of 50 cases,the reference group was given conservative treatment,the research group was given surgical treatment,and the treatment situation,functional score,and healing time of the two groups were compared and statistical analysis.Results:The effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the reference group,P&It;0.05,forming statistical significance.Post-treatment function score was better in the study group than in the reference group,P&It;0.05,forming statistical significance.The healing time of the research group was better than that of the reference group,P&It;0.05,forming statistical significance.Conclusion:Surgical treatment of distal radius fracture can help to restore wrist function,improve the efficiency of treatment,and shorten the recovery time.It has positive significance for patients and can be promoted and used in clinic.
