摘要
随着干熄焦工艺的不断成熟和各地环保政策的日趋严格,越来越多的独立焦化企业开始配套使用干熄焦工艺。相对湿熄焦工艺而言,干熄焦工艺具有排焦温度高、连续排焦等特点,导致出现皮带与物料接触面炭化、高温龟裂和皮带受料点磨损等问题。从皮带材质、耐温选择、溜槽落料点、胶面厚度等方面入手,探讨了延长干熄焦输送皮带使用寿命的几种方法。
With the continuous maturity of coke dry quenching(CDQ)technology and the increasingly strict environ-mental protection policies in various regions,more and more independent coking enterprises have begun to use the CDQ process.Compared with the wet quenching process,the dry quenching process has the characteristics of high coke dis-charge temperature and continuous coke discharge,which leads to the problems such as carbonization of contact surface between belt and material,high temperature cracking and abrasion of the site receiving material.In this paper,several methods to prolong the service life of the CDQ conveyor belt are discussed from the aspects of belt material,selection of heat-resistance temperature,chute blanking point and glue thickness.
