摘要
环境温度变化对采用空气冷却器进行冷却的液化天然气(LNG)装置产能影响较大,尤其是在夏季。分析了环境温度变化对装置产能的影响,通过对空气冷却器喷雾,改善其换热效果,并对喷雾水量进行计算分析。计算了空气冷却器喷雾后的装置产能,并与喷雾前装置产能的实际数据进行对比,得出对空气冷却器进行喷雾有助于装置产能提升的结论。
The variation of ambient temperature has a great influence on the production capacity of liquefied natural gas(LNG)plants cooled by air cooler,especially in summer.In this paper,the influence of ambient temperature change on the capacity of LNG unit is analyzed,the heat transfer effect is improved by spraying water onto the air cooler,and the spray amount is calculated and analyzed.The production capacity after spraying is calculated and compared with that be-fore spraying.It is concluded that spraying water onto air cooler is helpful to improve the capacity of LNG device.
