腹腔镜手术治疗复杂阑尾炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of laparoscopic surgery for complex appendicitis

目的探讨腹腔镜下复杂阑尾炎手术较传统手术的优点,分析其过程中的难点、要点和处理方法,更好的为临床服务。方法回顾性研究76例腹腔镜手术治疗的和116例传统手术治疗的复杂阑尾炎病例,分析腹腔镜手术的临床优点,总结其手术过程中难点、要点和处理方法。结果腹腔镜手术治疗复杂阑尾炎较传统手术在手术时间、住院时间、切口感染率等方面有显著差异(P<0.05),但不同类型的复杂阑尾炎有其不同的镜下处理难点和要点,也有不同的处理方法,需要临床医生熟悉掌握。结论腹腔镜手术治疗复杂阑尾炎较传统手术有优势,在熟悉掌握各类型难点、要点和处理方法后,手术是安全可行的。

Objective To study the advantage of laparoscopic complicated appendicitis compare to traditional operation,explore the difficulties,key points and treatment methods of laparoscopic complicated appendicitis and server the clinic better.Methods 76 cases of complicated appendicitis treated by laparoscopic surgery were studied compare to 116 cases of traditional operation and the advantage were found.The clinical features of laparoscopic surgery were analyzed,and the difficulties,key points and treatment methods were summarized.Results The time of operation,hospital stays and the rate of wound infection were different between laparoscopic surgery and traditional operation(P<0.05),and different types of complicated appendicitis have different difficulties and key points of laparoscopic treatment,and also have different treatment methods,which need to be familiar with by clinicians.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of complex appendicitis has advantage compare to traditional operation,it is safe and feasible after familiarizing with and mastering various difficulties,key points and treatment methods.
