摘要 应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了高速切削AF1410高强度钢的二维切削仿真模型,对切削过程进行模拟,获得了切削过程中的应力变化及分布情况以及切削参数对切削力的影响。研究表明:在刀具切入工件后,剪切应力的大小和方向基本保持不变,剪切角约为45°,随着刀具接近切出端,剪切角变为负值,切削层金属沿约-20°的负剪切角方向滑移变形,并在切出端形成残留塑性变形。切削分力Fx随切削速度和切削深度的增大而增大,其中切削深度的影响较切削速度的影响更大,但切削速度和切削深度对Fy的影响较小。 A two-dimensional cutting simulation model of high-speed cutting AF1410 high-strength steel is established by using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Then,the cutting process is simulated,the stress change and distribution during cutting are obtained,and the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force is analyzed.The studies have shown that after the tool cuts into the workpiece,the magnitude and direction of the shear stress remain almost unchanged and the shear angle is about 45°,and the shear angle becomes negative when the tool is about to cut out the workpiece.The material of the cutting layer slides and deforms in the direction of a negative shear angle of about-20°and forms residual plastic deformation at the cut-out end.The cutting force Fx increases with the increase of cutting speed and cutting depth,where the influence of cutting depth on Fx is greater than that of cutting speed,but the effect of cutting speed and cutting depth on Fy is small.
