摘要
为解决高校人力资源部门实验技术人员绩效考核管理,推进教学岗位实验技术队伍建设的改革;以客观性、特征性与整体性相结合为原则,通过定性考核(包括思想政治、职业道德、工作态度、工作纪律)与定量考核(包括实验服务与实验管理、实验室建设与管理、方法研究与仪器功能开发)的内容与标准研究,建立了多个维度客观、全面的教学岗位实验技术人员考核指标体系,对调动实验技术人员工作的主观能动性、促进实验教学改革发挥了重要作用,也为高校教学岗位实验技术人员绩效考核提供了新思路。
In order to solve the weak problem of performance evaluation management of experimental technicians in Human Resources Department of colleges and universities,and promote the reform of experimental technical team construction in teaching posts,this paper takes the combination of objectivity,characteristics and integrity as the principle,through the qualitative assessment(including ideological and political,professional ethics,work attitude,work discipline)and quantitative assessment(including experimental service and experimental management The content and standard research of laboratory construction and management,method research and instrument function development)has established a multi-dimensional objective and comprehensive evaluation index system for experimental technicians in teaching posts,which plays an important role in mobilizing the subjective initiative of laboratory technicians and promoting the reform of experimental teaching,and also provides new ideas for the performance evaluation of experimental technicians in college teaching positions.
