新工科背景下高校机械类实验室安全管理机制探究

Research on Safety Management Mechanism of Mechanical Laboratories in Universities under the Background of New Engineering

针对新工科教育理念新、结构优、融合高、更新快等特点,剖析了机械类学科发展的新方向和实验室管理的新要求,归纳了新工科背景下机械类实验室功能趋向多元、共享度高、产业结合紧密、设备更新加速的建设特点。在此基础上,进一步指出了新工科背景下高校机械类实验室存在的安全教育局限、安全隐患增多、物品管理繁杂、信息安全薄弱等问题,并从安全理念、管理机制、信息化建设、虚拟仿真资源4个方面着手,提出了高校机械类实验室安全管理的新思路和新机制。该机制推广应用后效果显著,可为相关高校实验室建设和安全管理提供参考。

In view of the characteristics of new engineering education concept,excellent structure,high integration and fast update,this paper analyzes the new direction of mechanical discipline development and the new requirements of laboratory management,and points out that under the background of new engineering,mechanical laboratory functions tend to be diversified,sharing degree is high,industrial integration is close,and equipment update is accelerated.On this basis,it further points out the limitations of safety education,the increase of security risks,the complexity of goods management,and the weakness of information security in university machinery laboratories under the background of new engineering.It also puts forward new ideas and mechanisms of safety management of mechanical laboratories in colleges and universities from four aspects of safety concept,management mechanism,information construction and virtual simulation resources.This mechanism has a significant effect after its popularization and application,which can provide reference for the construction and safety management of laboratories in related colleges and universities.
