除湿解毒足浴汤洗剂联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣40例 被引量:5

Observation on the clinical effects made by Chushijiedu foot bath decoction lotion combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream on treating impregnated erosive tinea pedis:40 cases

摘要 目的观察除湿解毒足浴汤洗剂联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月至2016年6月达州市中西医结合医院门诊确诊的浸渍糜烂型足癣病人80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组用温开水泡足晾干后予以萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外擦治疗;试验组用除湿解毒足浴汤洗剂泡足晾干后给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外擦治疗。治疗2周时分别观察两组病人的不良反应、临床疗效,同时观察80%病人治愈所需的疗程、首次治愈后再次复发的时间及3年内的复发次数。结果治疗2周后,两组病人不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治愈率高于对照组(62.5%比40.0%,P<0.05);观察组80%病人治愈所需疗程显著低于对照组[(18.2±3.8)d比(25.7±5.5)d,P<0.05];首次治愈后,观察组病人首次复发的时间显著迟于对照组[(1.5±0.7)年比(1.0±0.4)年,P<0.05],3年内观察组复发次数显著低于对照组[(1.9±1.1)次比(2.8±0.9)次,P<0.05]。结论除湿解毒足浴汤洗剂联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣安全有效。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Chushijiedu foot bath decoction lotion combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream in treating impregnated erosive tinea pedis.Methods Eighty patients with impregnated tinea pedis diagnosed in the outpatient department of Dazhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from July 2014 to June2016 were assigned into 2 groups randomly.The control group with 40 cases was treated with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream after drying with Normal temperature boiling water external bubble,while the experimental group with 40 cases was treated with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream after drying with Chushijiedu foot bath decoction lotion.After 2 weeks of treatment,the adverse reactions and clinical effects of the two groups were observed respectively,and the cure rate of 80%of the patients was observed at the same time.Course of treatment,the time of recurrence after the first cure and the number of recurrence within three years.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P≥0.05),the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(62.5%vs.40.0%,P<0.05),the course of treatment of 80%of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(18.2±3.8)d vs.(25.7±5.5)d,P<0.05],the recurrence time of the experimental group was significantly later than that of the control group[(1.5±0.7)vs.(1.0±0.4),P<0.05],and the recurrence frequency of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group within three years[(1.9±1.1)vs.(2.8±0.9),P<0.05].Conclusion Chushijiedu foot bath decoction lotion combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream is safe and effective in the treatment of impregnated erosive tinea pedis.
