摘要
目的通过构建六经辨治皮肤病的数学模型,探求李斌教授六经辨证论治皮肤病的一般规律。方法先把集对分析中的六元联系数对应于太阳经、阳明经、少阳经、太阴经、少阴经和厥阴经,根据"阴平阳秘"思想假定六元联系数中的6个联系分量a、b、c、d、e、f在正常情况时各取值1/6。患病时这些联系分量中的某些联系分量大于或小于1/6,即阴阳失衡;再根据"实则泻之,虚则补之""乱则调之"治则,按经随证加减用药,以期各联系分量回归到1/6,据此建立基于六经辨证的一次线性方程。结果建立的基于六元联系数的一次线性方程较为客观地表示出李斌教授运用六经辨证治疗某皮肤病的过程。结论可以在中医临床治疗过程中运用基于六元联系数的辨证论治数学模型,解析该模型的过程对应着临床治疗过程。
Objective By constructing the mathematical model of six meridians differentiation and treatment of skin diseases,the general law of Professor LI Bin’s differentiation and treatment of skin diseases was explored.Methods First,the six meridians connection number in set pair analysis was corresponded to the Taiyang meridian,Yangming meridian,Shaoyang meridian,Taiyin meridian,Shaoyin meridian and Jueyin meridian.According to the idea of"Yin Ping Yang Mi",the six connection components a,b,c,d,e and f of the six meridians connection number were assumed to be 1/6 in normal condition.Some of the components of these association components will be greater than or less than 1/6 when they are sick,that is,imbalance between Yin and Yang.Then,according to the principle of"excess is purging,deficiency is reinforcing"and"disorder is regulating",medication is added or subtracted according to the meridian syndrome,so as to return the related components to 1/6,and a linear equation based on the differentiation of the six meridians is established.Results The linear equation based on the six meridians connection number objectively showed the process of Professor LI Bin using the six meridians syndrome differentiation to treat a certain skin disease.Conclusion The mathematical model of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on six meridians connection number can be used in the clinical treatment of TCM,and the process of analyzing the model corresponds to the clinical treatment process.
