基于“扶正祛邪”理论探讨慢性肾脏病的中医治疗方法

Discussion on TCM Treatment Methods of Chronic Kidney Disease Based on Theory of “Supporting Vital Qi and Expelling Evils”

慢性肾脏病的病机多为本虚标实之证,本虚与肺、脾、肾三脏的功能失调有关,治疗上多用益气、健脾、补肾等扶正之法;标实与五脏有关,多见水湿、浊毒、瘀血等病理产物,治疗上常用祛湿、降浊、活血等祛邪之法,因此,"扶正祛邪"理论指导着慢性肾脏病的治疗。该文具体分析了"扶正祛邪"理论在慢性肾脏病证治中的应用,同时阐述了该理论指导下的微观辨证法及中药干预干细胞治疗之法,为灵活运用"扶正祛邪"理论提高慢性肾脏病临床疗效提供依据。

The pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is root deficiency and branch excess.The root deficiency is related to the lungs,spleen and kidney,and tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen is the common method.The branch excess is related to the five internal organs,water-dampness,turbidity and blood stasis are common pathological products.The commonly-used methods are eliminating dampness,resolving turbidity and activating blood circulation,etc.Therefore,the theory of "supporting vital Qi and expelling evils"guides the treatment of chronic kidney disease.This paper specifically analyzed the application of"supporting vital Qi and expelling evils"theory in the treatment of chronic kidney disease and discussed its application in micro-differentiation and stem cell therapy to provide a basis for the flexible use of the theory of"supporting vital Qi and expelling evils"to improve the clinical efficacy of chronic kidney disease.
