吴耀南从“阳气窒闭,浊阴凝痞”论治非酒精性脂肪性肝病的学术思想

WU Yaonan’s Academic Thought on Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease from “Yang Qi Suffocation,Turbid Yin Condensation”

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种与胰岛素抵抗和遗传易感密切相关的代谢应激性肝损伤,包括非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎及非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化。其发病多与嗜食肥甘厚味、脾肾亏虚等诸多因素引起的痰湿浊瘀壅滞肝络有关,浊毒瘀滞,阳气失宣,反之又加重瘀滞程度,如此恶性循环。全国名老中医吴耀南教授以"阳气窒闭,浊阴凝痞"为切入点,采用辛温通阳法治疗NAFLD,疗效显著。该文介绍其论治NAFLD的学术思想,为临床治疗NAFLD提供思路与方法。

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD) is a kind of metabolic stress liver injury closely related to insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility,including nonalcoholic fatty liver,nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis and nonalcoholic fatty cirrhosis.The incidence is mostly related to the phlegm,dampness and blood stasis caused by many factors such as excessive appetite for fatty food,spleen and kidney deficiency,etc.With the starting point of "Yang Qi suffocation,turbid Yin condensation",professor WU Yaonan,a famous traditional Chinese medicine professor,applies the method of dredging Yang with pungent and warm drugs to treat NAFLD,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.In this paper,his academic thoughts on the treatment of NAFLD were introduced to provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of NAFLD.
