中医治疗脑白质病变研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Treatment of White Matter Lesions

为探讨中医药治疗脑白质病变中的相关研究和应用,该文通过检索并分析近年相关研究文献,综述了脑白质病的病因病机、辨证分型和中医具体治法等的研究进展。总结出本病多因年龄增加、饮食不当、情志内伤、他病失养等因素而发病,病机为脏腑虚衰,气郁、痰湿、瘀血、浊毒痹阻脑络,治法上以补脾益肾疏肝、行气活血化痰为主,并以辨证论治使用经方、验方、中成药、针灸为主要治疗手段,取得了较好疗效,为临床上规范脑白质病变的中医学诊疗提供了参考。

In order to explore the research and application of TCM in the treatment of WMLs,this study reviewed the research progress of the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and specific treatment of WMLs by searching and analyzing the relevant research literature in recent years.This research concluded that the disease is mostly caused by factors such as age,inappropriate diet,emotional injury and other diseases.The pathogenesis of WMLs are deficiency of Zang-Fu organs,Qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and turbid toxin,resulting in obstruction of brain collaterals.The main treatment principles are invigorating spleen and kidney,soothing liver,eliminating phlegm,promoting flow of Qi and blood circulation.The main TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment methods are classical prescriptions,empirical prescriptions,Chinese patent medicines,acupuncture and moxibustion,which have achieved satisfactory curative effect.This research provides a reference for standardizing diagnosis and treatment of WMLs in TCM.
