沙丁胺醇联合酮替芬治疗对小儿哮喘血清ET-1及NO和CEC水平的影响 被引量:3

Effect of combined salbutamol and ketotifen on serum ET-1 NO CEC levels in children with asthma

摘要 目的分析小儿哮喘联用沙丁胺醇与酮替芬治疗对其血清血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、循环内皮细胞(CEC)水平的影响。方法选取72例郑州大学附属儿童医院2019年1月—2020年2月收治的哮喘患儿,根据治疗药物的不同采用随机数字表法分组,对照组36例予以沙丁胺醇治疗,研究组36例应用沙丁胺醇联合酮替芬治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组咳嗽、胸闷、气喘以及哮鸣音等症状缓解时间分别为(5.64±1.25)d、(3.25±0.98)d、(2.73±0.85)d、(4.15±0.91)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较之治疗前,研究组与对照组治疗后肺功能均得到显著改善,且研究组治疗后肺功能各指标改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ET-1、NO及CEC水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组各指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后炎症因子白介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平分别为(11.52±3.76)ng/mL、(43.36±8.95)ng/L,均低于对照组,白介素-10(IL-10)水平[(12.91±2.37)pg/mL]高于对照组,对比组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇与酮替芬联合应用,能够有效缩短哮喘患儿的症状缓解时间,减轻患儿炎性反应和ET-1、NO及CEC水平,加速患儿肺功能改善。 Objective To analyze the effects of combined salbutamol and ketotifen treatment on the serum levels of endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO) and circulating endothelial cells(CEC) in children with asthma.Methods A total of 84 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method. Totally 42 patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol, and 42 patients in the study group were treated with salbutamol combined with ketotifen, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The remission time of cough, chest tightness, wheezing and wheezing of the study group was(5.64±1.25)d,(3.25±0.98)d,(2.73±0.85)d and(4.15±0.91)d, respectively, shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the lung function of the study group and the control group was significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement level of each indicator of lung function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, et-1, NO and CEC levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and each indicator in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-4(il-4) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were(11.52±3.76) ng/mL and(43.36±8.95) ng/L in the study group after treatment, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group. The levels of interleukin-10(12.91±2.37) pg/mL were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of salbutamol and ketotifen can effectively shorten the remission time of symptoms in children with asthma, reduce the inflammatory response and THE levels of ET-1, NO and CEC in children, and accelerate the improvement of pulmonary function in children, which is worthy of promotion.
