治疗性低温用于急性缺血性脑卒中的研究进展 被引量:1

Therapeutic hypothermia in treatment of acute ischemic stroke:an advance

摘要 血管内治疗是急性大血管闭塞性缺血性脑卒中的标准治疗方法之一,然而即使血管成功再通,仍有一部分患者预后不良。治疗性低温是目前极具研究价值的神经保护方法,其有显著改善患者预后的潜力,但疗效尚不确切。本文就治疗性低温用于急性缺血性脑卒中的研究进展进行综述。 Endovascular treatment is one of the standard treatments for acute large vessel occlusive ischemic stroke.However,a considerable number of patients still have poor outcomes,even if they achieved successful reperfusion.Therapeutic hypothermia is an attractive neuroprotective method and has a potential to significantly improve patient prognosis,despite its uncertain efficacy.This review sums up the research progress of therapeutic hypothermia in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
