数控技术在压力容器制造中的应用

摘要 伴随着压力容器功能越来越多,结构越来越复杂,制造要求越来越严格,使得传统机械加工技术已不能满足目前压力容器制造技术发展的要求。将数控加工技术引入压力容器的制造,有利于优化其制造方式。既可降低制造过程中问题发生率,又可保持制造成本的经济性。文章对数控技术在压力容器制造的优势和重要性进行阐述,分析数控技术在压力容器制造的应用。 With the development of national industrial strength,more and more industries are applied to pressure vessels.With more and more functions of pressure vessel,more and more complex structure,more and more strict manufacturing requirements.The traditional machining technology can not meet the requirements of the development of pressure vessel manufacturing technology.The introduction of NC machining technology into the manufacturing of pressure vessel is beneficial to optimize its manufacturing mode.It can not only reduce the incidence of problems in the manufacturing process,but also keep the economy of manufacturing cost.This paper expounds the advantages and importance of numerical control technology in pressure vessel manufacturing,and analyzes the application of numerical control technology in pressure vessel manufacturing.
