Research on Oil and Gas Safety Management under the Concept of Emergency Management

石油天然气是非课再生资源,是天然资源的重要组成部分。近年来,在石油天然气安全生产和运输过程中,安全事故的发生频率呈现上升的趋势。石油天然气安全管理问题引起石油企业的高度重视。通过对石油天然气安全事故进行阐述,提出将应急管理理念引入石油天然气安全管理之中,从制定安全预案、完善安全管理体系、开展安全教育等层面促进石油企业石油天然气安全管理的有序开展。

Oil and natural gas are non renewable resources and an important part of natural resources.In recent years,in the process of safe production and transportation of oil and gas,the frequency of safety accidents is increasing.The safety management of oil and natural gas has attracted great attention of petroleum enterprises.Through the elaboration of oil and gas safety accidents,it is proposed to introduce the concept of emergency management into oil and gas safety management,so as to promote the orderly development of oil and gas safety management in oil enterprises from the aspects of formulating safety plans,improving safety management system and carrying out safety education.
