中国畜禽屠宰加工装备产业发展现状及趋势

屠宰加工装备水平是畜禽屠宰行业发展水平的集中体现。当前中国屠宰装备产业整体机械化水平不高,自动化水平较差,严重制约了屠宰行业的高质量发展。与国外先进的屠宰装备相比,国内屠宰装备的差距体现在基础选材、机械性能、卫生性能、生产理念、动物福利等诸多方面,且产品标准化程度较低,创新能力较差,智能化差距突出。与此同时,相当一部分畜禽屠宰加工企业理念落后,清洁化管理水平和产品质量等也无法保障,甚至有的还在使用国家明令禁止且要求淘汰的装备。为改变这一现状,迫切需要在加大产业整顿力度的基础上,实施产业基础再造工程,加大中国畜禽屠宰加工装备和关键核心技术的攻关,为畜禽屠宰产业持续良好的发展,奠定坚实的硬件基础。

The level of slaughtering and processing equipment was the concentrated expression of the development level of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry.However,the current level of mechanization of slaughtering equipment industry was not high,and automatic level was poor,and the high-quality development of slaughtering industry was seriously restricted.Compared with foreign advanced slaughtering equipment,the gap in domestic slaughter equipment was reflected in the basic material selection,mechanical performance,sanitary performance,production concept,animal welfare and other aspects,as well as the standardization level of product was low,the ability of innovation was poor and the gap of intelligence was prominent.At the same time,the concept of many livestock slaughtering and processing enterprises was backward,and clean management level and product quality could not be guaranteed,and some even used the equipment that was forbidden by the state and required to be eliminated.In order to change this situation,it is urgent to carry out the industrial foundation reconstruction project on the basis of strengthen industrial rectification,and the research on livestock and poultry slaughtering equipment and key core technologies in China was increased,and it established a solid hardware foundation for the sustainable and good development of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry.
