摘要
研究不同种类提取溶剂、超声时间、净化体积、加标量条件下,鸡肉中7种喹诺酮类药物含量的变化,分析不同提取方法对检测鸡肉中兽药残留的影响。结果显示,选用含0.2%甲酸的乙腈/水(80+20)溶液作为提取鸡肉中喹诺酮类药物的最佳溶剂。超声提取10min时,提取效果最佳。上样体积为3mL时回收率较高。加标量为5ng/g水平上的回收率均大于60%,符合食品中喹诺酮类药物检验检测标准要求。
The changes of content of 7kinds of quinolones in chicken under the conditions of different extraction solvent,ultrasonic time,purification volume,adding scalar condition were studied,and the effect of different extraction methods on the detection of veterinary drug residues in chicken was analyzed.The results showed that acetonitrile/water(80/20)solution containing 0.2%formic acid was the best solvent for extracting quinolones from chicken.The extraction effect was the best when the ultrasonic extraction time was 10 min,the recovery rate was higher when the loading volume was 3mL,the recovery rate was more than 60%when the additive scalar level was 5ng/g,which met the requirements of the standards for the detection of quinolones in food.
