云南省地表水资源可利用量计算分析

Calculation and analysis of available amount of surface water resources in Yunnan Province

为研究云南省地表水资源合理开发利用的最大可利用阈值,基于第三次水资源调查评价1980~2016年径流资料,结合云南省水资源开发现状,采用扣损法、"去头斩尾"法和弃水系数法计算云南省地表水资源可利用量。分析结果表明:扣损法分析结果较为合理,云南省地表水资源可利用量仅占自产水资源量的18%,其中澜沧江流域可利用量最大,占全省水资源可利用量的22%;牛栏江地表水资源可利用率最大,为26%。分析结果与云南省实际情况相符。研究成果可为云南省水资源管理、配置、合理开发利用提供基础依据。

To study the maximum threshold of rational exploitation and utilization of surface water resources in Yun⁃nan Province,on the basis of 1980 to 2016 runoff data from the Third National Water Resources Survey and giving a consideration of water resources development in Yunnan province in recent years,this paper calculates the avail⁃able amount of surface water resources by using the deduction method,"removing the highest and lowest value"method and water abandonment coefficient method.Through analysis and comparison,the results of the deduction method are more reasonable.The analysis shows that only 18 percent of surface water resources are available in Yunnan Province,the largest available water resources is the Lancang river,accounting for 22%of the province and the largest utilization rate is the Niulan riverr,accounting for 26%.The analysis result is accordant with the Yunnan reality,and provides basis for water resources management,allocation and rational exploitation and utiliza⁃tion in Yunnan Province.
