辽河沈阳河段生态保护与利用空间管控格局研究

Spatial management and control of ecological protection and utilization of Shenyang section of Liaohe River

结合辽河沈阳河段生态建设成果及周边区域发展定位,以保障河道泄流通畅、河流健康安全、生态稳定持续改善为目标,通过对辽河沈阳河段流域防洪河势、洪水保障、生态保护、社会经济等方面进行剖析,对辽河全线空间保护与利用格局的划分进行了研究。确定了辽河沈阳河段生态保护与生态利用的分界线,明确了辽河保护区(沈阳河段)可适度利用的生态空间。研究成果可为做好辽河生态利用提供基础支撑,也可为其他类似河流生态保护提供了借鉴参考。

Based on the ecological protection achievements of Shenyang section,Liaohe River and the development orientation of the surrounding areas;and to ensure the river smooth discharge,the river health and safety,and the sustainability of the ecological stability in the basin,the spatial protection and utilization pattern of the Liaohe Riv⁃er was studied through analyzing the flood control river regime,flood protection,ecological protection,social econ⁃omy and etc.The demarcation line between ecological protection and ecological utilization in Shenyang section of the Liaohe River was determined,and the ecological space that can be moderately utilized in the Liaohe River pro⁃tection area(Shenyang section)was defined.The analysis can provide basic support for ecological utilization of the Liaohe River and reference for other rivers.
