摘要
目的探讨T细胞亚群包括CD3^+/CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞,部分CD4^+T细胞亚群包括Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg细胞比例在高原低压缺氧寒冷环境下寻常型银屑病(PV)患者中的表达变化及意义。方法流式细胞仪检测38例新疆高原环境和42例新疆平原环境下寻常型银屑病患者及20例健康对照者CD3^+/CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞比例,同时检测Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg细胞比例。结果新疆高原环境及新疆平原环境两组PV患者外周血CD8^+T、Th1、Th17细胞比例、Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg比例显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),新疆高原组与新疆平原组相比上述指标有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与健康对照组相比,新疆高原及平原环境两组PV患者外周血CD3^+T、CD4^+T、/CD4^+/CD8^+、Th2、Treg细胞比例明显降低(P<0.01),新疆高原组与新疆平原组相比上述指标有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T细胞亚群及Th细胞亚群的免疫紊乱,可能是新疆高原环境中寻常型银屑病发病及进展的重要因素之一。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of T cell subsets including CD3^+/CD4^+/CD8^+T cells,and some CD4^+T cell subsets including Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg cells in patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PV)under high altitude,low pressure,hypoxia and cold environment.Methods The proportion of CD3^+/CD4^+/CD8^+T cells and Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg cells were detected by flow cytometry in 38 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 42 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang plain environment and 20 healthy controls.Results The percentages of CD8^+T,Th1,Th17 cells,Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg in peripheral blood of PV patients in Xinjiang plateau environment and Xinjiang plain environment were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01),and the above indexes in Xinjiang plateau group and Xinjiang plain environment group were significantly different(P<0.05);compared with the healthy control group,the ratio of CD8^+T,Th1,Th17 cells,Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg in peripheral blood of PV patients in Xinjiang plateau and plain environment were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05).The percentage of CD3^+T,CD4^+T,/CD4^+/CD8^+,Th2 and Treg cells in peripheral blood were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the Xinjiang plateau group,the above indexes were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions The disorder of tht cells may be one of the important factors of psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang.
