等离子刀与单极电刀凝切法行儿童扁桃体切除术的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究并分析等离子刀与单极电刀凝切法实施在儿童扁桃体切除手术中的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月1日至2018年12月31日,本院耳鼻咽喉科所收治的扁桃体双侧切除的儿童病患66例作为此次研究的研究对象。采用随机数字法将其分为单极电刀凝切组与等离子刀切除组,各33例。对比两组患儿手术时间、手术出血量、术后疼痛、热损伤程度及白膜脱落时间,并分析两组并发症情况。结果单极电刀凝切组患儿手术时长、热损伤深度显著低于等离子刀切除组患儿(P<0.05);两组患儿手术出血量、手术后白膜脱落时长差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿术后3 d内疼痛感情况无明显差异(P>0.05);单极电刀凝切组患儿术后并发症机率显著低于等离子刀切除组患儿(P<0.05)。结论单极电刀凝切法能够减少患儿手术时长、热损伤深度,且手术费用低廉,其操作较为简单,非常适合在广大基层医院进行推广。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of plasma knife and unipolar electric knife coagulation in children’s tonsillectomy.Methods From January 1,2017 to December 31,2018,66 cases of children with bilateral tonsillectomy treated by otolaryngology in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.It was divided into the monopole electroknife coagulation group and the plasma knife cutting group by random number method,33 cases were in each group.Finally,the difference of operation time,blood loss,postoperative pain and white membrane shedding time were compared.Results The operation time and thermal injury depth of unipolar electrosurgical coagulation group were significantly lower than those of plasma knife resection group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss and the time of leucorrhea shedding between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in pain within three days after operation between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in unipolar electrosurgical coagulation group was significantly lower than that in plasma knife resection group(P<0.05)In the plasma knife resection group(P<0.05).Conclusions Unipolar electrotome coagulation cutting method can reduce the operation time of children,the depth of thermal injury,and the operation cost is low,its operation is relatively simple,it is very suitable for promotion in the majority of basic hospitals.
