显微镜下精索静脉结扎术在单侧精索静脉曲张患者临床治疗过程中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of varicocele ligation under microscope in the clinical treatment of unilateral varicocele patients

目的观察分析显微镜下精索静脉结扎术在单侧精索静脉曲张患者临床治疗过程中的应用效果。方法本研究选择本院收治的74例单侧精索静脉曲张患者作为对象,入组时间2013年4月至2020年1月。遵循随机、平均原则,分成两组,一组对照组,另一组研究组,各组37例。对照组实施腹腔镜下精索静脉结扎术,研究组实施显微镜下精索静脉结扎术。对两组患者的手术情况、精液相关参数以及并发症情况进行总结比较。结果研究组切口疼痛评分显著低于对照组,二组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较精液相关参数,术前、术后两组患者的精子正常形态率、精子活力与精子密度指标并无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组共1例并发症,对照组7例,比较发生率,研究组低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗单侧精索静脉曲张,疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of microscopic spermatic vein ligation in the clinical treatment of patients with unilateral varicocele.Methods 74 patients with unilateral varicocele in our hospital were enrolled from April 2013 to January 2020.According to the principle of random and average,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic varicocele ligation,and the study group was treated with microscopic varicocele ligation.The operation conditions,semen related parameters and complications of the two groups were summarized and compared.Results The incision pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with semen related parameters,there was no significant difference in the normal sperm morphology rate,sperm motility and sperm density between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05);there was a total of 1 case of complications in the study group,and 7 cases in the control group In the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Microscopic varicocele ligation is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of unilateral varicocele.
